The last two weeks I have felt “In Control”. I’ve been down the last two weigh in’s, which has given me a motivational boost. I can’t remember the last time I weighed in with a loss two weeks in a row.
What have I been doing?
1. Activity: Step Aerobics Class – Tuesday and Thursday, directly after work, so there’s no excuses.
2. Tracking: Monday-Friday. Staying within my points Mon-Fri. Giving myself a “tracking break” on the weekends.
