Yogurt with blueberries and banana, 1/2 whole wheat bagel with 1-tbsp peanut butter. (8 pts)

Tuna sandwich with hard boil eggs on whole wheat bread and carrots (6.5 pts)

Dinner

Dinner

Hamburger on an Orowheat sandwich thin, corn on the cob and salad. (8 pts)

I also had a Starbucks venti skinny vanilla latte (4 pts)

I felt really good about my food choices today. I also went for a 90-minute walk. Total points 26.5.
